The BJP councillors in Sehore staged a sit-in protest, neither any officer arrived nor any public representative took any notice, councillors staged a symbolic protest in front of the gate of the municipality demanding the removal of traffic police personnel who misbehaved with a BJP councilor in Sehore.
The Bharatiya Janata Party, which operates on the ideology of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwas, are themselves yearning for justice.
Actually, this is being said because an incident has happened in Sehore, in which BJP councilors also staged a sit-in and the SDM office was also informed about it.
All the councilors continued to sit-in at the Nagar Palika gate for about 2 hours, but neither any officer of the district administration came to discuss with them nor any public representative came to meet them. Now all the councilors seem to be in a do-or-die protest.
According to the information, on August 29, at around 6 pm, BJP councilor husband of Ward 23 Dilip Rathore was leaving Kotwali intersection on his motorcycle, when the traffic police personnel Dilip Sisodia and Rampal Singh present there stopped the motorcycle of councilor husband Dilip Rathore and misbehaved with him and abused him, during this time he accepted to pay fine but the police made him sit in the police station.
All the BJP councillors had submitted a memorandum to the Superintendent of Police demanding action in this matter, but till now no action has been taken against the two traffic police personnel.
In protest against this, BJP councillors staged a symbolic protest at the gate of the Nagar Palika on Thursday. The councillors say that if action is not taken against the police personnel who misbehaved with the councillor representative, then they will now stage a protest in front of the SP office.
On this occasion, Nagar Palika Vice President Vipin Sasta, councillor representative Rahul Rai, councillor Arun Malviya, Rajesh Malviya, Pradeep Bijoria, Vijendra Parmar, Dinesh Kushwaha, Lokendra Varma, Arjun Rathore, Santosh Shakya, Kamlesh Rathore, Deependra Kasautia, Pradeep Gautam, Narendra Rajput, Ajay Pal Rajput, Mukesh Mewada, Satyanarayan Waria and Mangilal Malviya, Azam Neta etc. were present at the protest site.
