Crime branch Bhopal arrested four drug peddlers including a woman and recovered 25 kg of Cannabis worth Rs. 5 lakh from the accused.
After receiving the information, the Crime Branch team reached Central Library Ground where four persons including a woman having a bundle and bag were detained and when their belongings were searched Cannabis was recovered.
The nabbed accused were identified as Anil Sauda(40) of Nayapura Ratlam, Sanjay Meskar(23) of Nariyal Kheda, Shiva Yadav(18) of Nariyal Kheda and woman was identified as Puja Kuchbandia of Obedullaganj, Raisen. When the four suspects were asked about the bundle of blankets and sheets and the bag, they said that they were theirs.
On searching their bags 25 kgs of Cannabis was recovered from the four suspects.
