In continuance of anti-drug operations, on the basis of specific intelligence, officers of Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN), Garoth and CBN Neemuch intercepted a motorcycle and a car along with their occupants on Jhalawar Bhanpura Road, near Village Nimthur, PS Bhanpura,Tehsil- Bhanpura, District Mandsaur and recovered total 2.810 kgs of opium on Friday.
In another operation dated 07.08.2024, on the basis of specific intelligence, officers of CBN Neemuch intercepted two motorcycles with three persons on Dus Number Naka Road to MIT chauraha Road, Tehsil- Mandsaur, PS Y D Nagar, District- Mandsaur, seized total 513 gms Methamphetamine Powder and arrested 03 persons under the relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
On Aug 6, officers of CBN Neemuch Identified and Searched a Suspected House/Bada at Village Palasiya, PS Singoli, Tehsil Singoli, Distt Neemuch, seized total 178.300 kgs (including 40.800 kgs of CPS) Poppy Straw and arrested one person under the relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
