DAV Public School, Sector-4, grandly celebrated the 138th foundation day of the DAV organization. On this occasion, Principal Sarbendu Shekhar Kar extended his best wishes to everyone and remarked that DAV is our body, and Arya Samaj is our soul. This organization is imbued with the holy thoughts of Swami Dayanand Saraswati and the sacrifices and values of great personalities like Mahatma Hansraj, Pandit Gurudutt, and Lala Lajpat Rai. He emphasized that Arya Samaj, like a nurturing mother, helps eliminate societal evils and build a strong nation.
A Vedic Yajna-Havan was organized at the school, attended by school members and LMC members. Principal S. S. Kar stated that the main purpose of celebrating this day is to follow in the footsteps of these great individuals and draw inspiration from them, continuing to work with the spirit of:
"Om Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah, Sarve Santu Niramayah,
Sarve Bhadrani Pashyantu, Ma Kashchid-Duhkha-Bhag-Bhavet.
Om Shanti Shanti Shanti."
On this occasion, Vice Chairman B. S. Jaiswal and LMC members Brahmadev and Shashibhushan also extended their best wishes to all.
