The office of the chief electoral officer K Ravi Kumar has sent 4 videos of the Sanskari Master ji here in Daltonganj where this protagonist reminds people  of their  sanskar and asks if they have cast vote and when told by the persons that they have cast vote, the Masterji has a world of smiles and satisfaction on his face. 

Back here in Palamu the role of the Sanskari Master ji is played by the DC  Shashi Ranjan who uses fewer words to convey more meaning for increasing voting percentage. 

He, like this chief personnae Masterji, asks people to vote and not to miss voting at all. He asks young voters as 'friends' bridging the gap between the bureaucrat and the young voters. 

Speaking to this correspondent Shashi Ranjan said "This video aims at broader participation in voting. People who by nature or habit are disinclined to vote are to be motivated and encouraged to vote."

The number of PwD ( person with disability) voters is 30,500 out of which female PwD voters are 13,165 in Palamu.
