As per the instructions of Jhalsa, Ranchi, on Saturday, Principal District and Sessions Judge cum Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Garhwa, Rajesh Sharan Singh, Deputy Commissioner cum Vice President Shekhar Jamuar and Superintendent of Police, Member, District Legal Services Authority,Dipak Kumar Pandey Garhwa jointly flagged off the Nyay Aapke Dwar (Tour of Justice on Wheels) bus.

On this occasion, PDJ Rajesh Sharan Singh informed that as per the instructions of Jhalsa, Ranchi, the Nyay Aapke Dwar Yatra has been started today from 01.06.2024. He further informed that this journey will be organized in all the 20 blocks of Garhwa district in one month, in which a bench has been constituted for the Mobile Lok Adalat as per the requirement. In which advocates of LADCS, panel advocates and PLVs have been nominated.  He  appealed to the people of Garhwa that through this mobile Lok Adalat, they can directly apply for court related cases, revenue related cases, old age pension, widow pension, disabled pension, MGNREGA, BPL and forest department related cases  which will be tried to resolve as soon as possible.

Deputy Commissioner - cum- Vice President, District Legal Services Authority, Garhwa said that this is a good initiative of Jhalasa Ranchi. Due to which justice will come to the people of Garhwa by itself. It is requested of all the people of Garhwa that through this mobile Lok Adalat, they can give information in writing about the pending cases of any department. Which will be tried to be resolved.

Superintendent of Police, cum member District Legal Services Authority Garhwa informed that every possible facility will be provided by the police administration to make this mobile Lok Adalat successful. All Garhwa residents should apply impartially in writing for the disposal of their cases in this mobile Lok Adalat, which the district administration will try to dispose of the case by making every possible effort.
