Carmel Junior College organized a vibrant exhibition on Friday under the theme 'Incredible India,' showcasing the rich diversity and cultural heritage of the country. The event saw enthusiastic participation from children of classes LKG and HKG, who presented stunning tableaus of eight Indian states—Jharkhand, Assam, Punjab, Kerala, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Rajasthan.
The program was inaugurated by school manager Sister Jyoti and principal Sister Sharel with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp. Following the inauguration, the Principal cut the ribbon to officially open the exhibition to attendees.
During the event, the children beautifully depicted the traditions, attire, food, and lifestyles of different regions of India, emphasizing the uniqueness of a country where these elements change every few kilometers. The audience was charmed by the little ones’ colorful presentations, which reflected the diverse cultures of the states.
