The Guru Nanak Dev University has established a Student Counselling Cell within the university premises. This cell aims to provide assistance and support to candidates seeking admission into various courses being run by the University, ensuring a smooth admission process.
According to Prof Palwinder Singh, Dean, Academic Affairs, the registration process for admissions to various courses for the academic session 2024-25 is underway and counseling process will commence shortly. He said that this initiative has taken under guidance of the Vice Chancellor Prof Jaspal Singh Sandhu. The Student Counseling Cell will allow candidates to seek guidance and address queries. Prof Sandeep Sharma, Professor & Head, Computer Engineering & Technology is appointed Chairman and Dr Satnam Singh Deol from Political Science and Dr Vipan Kumar from Chemistry are Members.
