K-pop nights @ mamagoto

Mamagoto is thrilled to announce the launch of an exhilarating new menu that promises to set the taste buds of K-Pop enthusiasts ablaze. Debuting on July 15th, K-Pop Nights will feature a selection of six unique cocktails and six refreshing mocktails, each inspired by the vibrant spirit and flavors of Korean pop culture.

The cocktails menu includes the tropical allure of the Jeju Island Sundowner, a blend of gin, sweet vermouth, kimchi pickle, Tabasco, and seasonal citrus juices. For a more electrifying experience, try the Squid Game Tower, which mixes tequila, rosemary syrup, plum chunks, pomegranate, and lime. The K-Pop Tea Flip combines whisky with homemade ginger-matcha syrup, lime, and is garnished with grapefruit skin. Named after the legendary Korean horror film, the Two Sister cocktail features gin-infused Earl Grey tea, lime, and grapefruit juice. Tribute to Bong Joon Ho celebrates Korea's greatest film director with a mix of brandy, red wine, rose syrup, jasmine tea, and lime (egg white optional). Finally, the Hodori, inspired by the tiger mascot of the 1988 Seoul Olympics, blends vodka, homemade nori sheet syrup, miso paste, and lime for a slight Japanese twist. You can try out a variety of sushi, dimsums and small plates from the menu to pair with these drinks.
