India, a global leader in wind energy, ranks fourth in installations and aims to achieve 140 GW of wind power capacity by 2030.
The Union Cabinet recently approved 1 GW of offshore wind projects in Gujarat and Tamil Nadu, with an investment of Rs 7,453 crore, highlighting the nation's commitment to its Net Zero 2070 goals.
