BSL announced the Best Employee of the Month Award for April 2023, eight employees who have been honored with the Employee of the Month for their outstanding performance, dedication and commitment to the company's success. During the programme Executive Director (Works) B.K Tiwari and Executive Director (Personnel and Administration) Rajan Prasad as well as other senior executives including Head of the departments were also present. Notably the event is organized to recognize and reward employees who have demonstrated exceptional teamwork with their job responsibilities, and a positive attitude toward their work and co-workers.
 
The eight employees who have been selected as the best employee of the month are Satya Narayan Singh, (CO&CC), Sanjit Kumar Hembrom, (Blast Furnace), Yogeshwar Singh, (SMS-1), Sudama Rajak, (HSM), Manoj Kumar Bharti, (CRM I & II), Francis Topno, (MRD), Santosh Kumar, Tech (OG & CBRS) and Deepika Singh (Personnel-OD). Each of these employees has delivered exceptional performance in their respective roles, contributing significantly to the company's success. Congratulating the award recipients, ED Prasad said that their contribution is highly commendable, and also called upon them to be vigilant towards security. The employees and their families also shared their experiences at the function and expressed their gratitude for being selected for this award.
 
This programme was coordinated by Ritika Shukla, Manager (Personnel- Operations-S&W). At the beginning of the programme, PK Singh, DGM (Personnel-Sankarya-Iron and Steel Zone) welcomed all and the programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Kumar Saurabh.
