Under the SVEEP programme, a rangoli competition was held on Friday at the Government Teacher Education College here to raise awareness for the voting scheduled on November 17.
The students conveyed their message through various posters and street paintings. They also formed a human chain, spelling Happy Vote 100.
The Systematic Voters' Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) programme is the flagship programme of the Election Commission for voter awareness.
