The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bhopal Hospital today inaugurated its new Sanchi milk parlour in the hospital premises. The parlour was inaugurated by the Executive Director of AIIMS, Prof (Dr) Ajai Singh, in the presence of Deputy Director (Administration) Col. Ajit Kumar, Medical Superintendent Dr. Shashank Purwar and other distinguished guests.

The Sanchi milk parlour will offer a variety of milk and milk products to patients, visitors and staff at the hospital. The parlour will serve fresh milk, paneer, butter, ghee and other milk products which are all made from pure and natural cow's milk. The milk is sourced from the Sanchi dairy farm in Madhya Pradesh, which is known for producing high-quality dairy products.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Prof (Dr) Ajai Singh said, "We are delighted to inaugurate the Sanchi milk parlour at AIIMS Bhopal Hospital. The parlour will provide fresh and healthy milk and milk products to our patients, visitors and staff". He instructed to ensure that it offer the best quality dairy products to our customers.

The Sanchi milk parlour will be open from 7 am to 9 pm, seven days a week. The parlour will be located near the hospital's main entrance and will be easily accessible to all.

The inauguration of the Sanchi milk parlour marks a significant step towards promoting healthy eating habits and providing quality food to the patients, visitors and staff at AIIMS Bhopal Hospital. The initiative is in line with the government's vision of promoting healthy living and well-being.
