Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the preparations for Ladli Bahna Sammelan and Gaurav Diwas to be held in various districts including Bhopal from May 17 to June 1 should be completed in a better way. Adequate arrangements should be made to protect women and citizens from the heat at the programme venue.
The women coming to Ladli Bahna Sammelans should not face any kind of problem. He said that the programme should be publicized on various platforms including social media. Create an atmosphere of joy and enthusiasm. An atmosphere of songs and music should be created. Chief Minister Chouhan was conducting a virtual review of the preparations for the programmes to be held in various districts from May 17 to June 1 at Chief Minister’s residence office, Samatva Bhavan.
Chief Minister i Chouhan told the collectors that efforts should be made to improve the programme by coordinating with public representatives, Jan Abhiyan Parishad and other organizations. The Chief Minister said that Bhopal’s pride day will be celebrated on June 1.
The festival will be celebrated by lighting up the city. A day earlier on May 31, there will be Gaurav Run, launch of water sports, Bhopal Gaurav Yatra, Bhopal Food Festival fair and comedy-show. Cleanliness campaign will start in Bhopal from Pride Day. The main programme will be held at Lal Parade Ground in Bhopal in the evening, in which Bhopal Gaurav Samman will be given. The history of King Bhoj and Queen Kamlapati will also be shown through laser-show.
It was told that on May 17 there will be a Mahila Samman in Prithvipur district Niwari. The women will present mementos and post cards to Chief Minister Chouhan and express their gratitude. Residential leases will be distributed to 33 beneficiaries in village Ladwari Khas under the Mukhya Mantri Awasiya Bhu Adhikar Yojana. Chief Minister Chouhan will also interact with the women.
Ladli Bahna Sammelan will be held on May 18 at Sonkachchh in Dewas district. Chief Minister Chouhan will dedicate development works, perform bhoomi pujan and distribute benefits. PM Mitra Park will also have an MoU in the Ladli Bahna Sammelan to be held on May 21 at Gandhwani in district Dhar. Chief Minister Chouhan will discuss with Jan Seva Mitra and PESA Mobilizer and distribute residential land rights pattas to the beneficiaries. The Chief Minister will conduct bhoomi-pujan of 4 CM Rise schools costing Rs 126 crore and dedicate Barkheda dam.
