Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), on Sunday, fiercely attacked Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President, JP Nadda on his arrival in Ranchi in a meeting and his speeches.

Addressing a press meet JMM General Secretary cum Spokesperson Supriyo Bhattacharya, while showing the video of empty chairs in the culmination of the BJP State Chief, Babulal Marandi rin Sankalp Sabha, said that Nadda is the National Chief of the organization which claims to be the biggest party in the world. “Babulal understands, but during Nadda's time, it would be better to hold speeches and meetings in the market rather than holding red and blue chairs. At least Babulal, whose resolution meeting failed, should have maintained the honor of his National Chief,” he added.

“The place where the meeting took place was Hatiya assembly constituency. Just a short distance was Ranchi assembly, after 2 km was Kanke and Khijri assembly. Despite this, leave alone the voters, not even the party workers reached the number of booths in the six assembly constituencies. Actually, this is not the fault of the organizer, the whole issue is of Nadda, he cannot win the elections even in the State he comes from, he has come to make a road map to make BJP win in Jharkhand,” said Bhattacharya.

The party General Secretary questioned Nadda sharply on one of his questions and points and challenged him and sought an answer. He asked Nadda, who claims to be a woman, tribal and Dalit, should tell which Country's state Manipur is. “What happened to the tribal women despite whose rule and administration is there? What do their Prime Minister, Home Minister and Nadda say about this? Why didn't he and his PM go there, BJP, which talks about tribal Dalits, should explain that the former President came from Dalit community, then why then President K Kovind was not invited to lay the foundation stone of the Parliament. When this Parliament building was being inaugurated, why was the present tribal President Draupadi Mumur not called, the party that gives the slogan of women safety and Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao should explain why the female wrestlers who brought glory to the Country at the National and International level accused one of your MP Brajbhushan Singh of sexual harassment, yet a case was registered and why he was not arrested. It did not happen, why did the party not take action against the MP,” he added.

Bhattacharya also said that Nadda, who talks about corruption, should please tell that the party should make public the names of those whom Yogendra Tiwari has taken and whether Yogendra Tiwari gave money to Babulal through Sunil Tiwari or not, the party should come clean on this issue. “Nadda, who talks about land scams, should tell you that the biggest land scam in the world was done by the Central Government through Adani. Why and on what basis was the land of Airport Authority of India given to Adani, ED confiscated Narayan Rane's property on corruption charges. After this, on what basis was he made a minister at the Centre, corruption accused Ajit Pawar against whom ED took action for irregularities worth crores of rupees. The property was also confiscated, but on what basis was he made the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra,” he added

The party Spokesperson also said that Gujarat Electricity Department has accused Adani of overbilling by Rs 3000 crore. “Coal was purchased from Indonesia but billing was done from Taiwan and other places. This is completely a case of money laundering. There is a case of misappropriation of Government money, what action did ED take on this. Many such cases are coming up in the country every day of irregularities in the BJP ruled states and the Central Government, but the ED is maintaining silence, the same is happening in Jharkhand too, hence now the credibility of the ED has been questioned. ED will have to prove its credibility,” he added.

Bhattacharya said that there is an NDA Government in Mizoram. “The allies there have publicly told the PM not to come here to campaign, we will lose. This has not been said publicly by the leader of any opposition party but by the leader of NDA's ally party. That means clearly that now leaders and people have started avoiding PM and Amit Shah. Wherever PM went in Karnataka, BJP lost the elections. Amit Shah went to Delhi, BJP lost. Now BJP leaders are avoiding going to the north-eastern State. The Prime Minister is coming to Ranchi on November 15 it is very good thing. Last time Tribal Pride Day was celebrated on Birsa Munda Jayanti on November 15. This time he is coming to launch some scheme. As the elections are approaching, the PM has started remembering Jharkhand. Earlier BJP used to use ED, IT, CBI for its own benefit, now it is also using the President and Vice President for electoral gains,” he added.

On ousting former CM Raghubar Das from state politics, Bhattacharya said that in fact BJP has now started looking for safe zones to save its leaders. ‘The appointment of Das to a constitutional post is proof of this.Old cases of Das period which are burning and it will continue, there will be no hindrance in the investigation. But our Government will not take any action out of revenge,” he added.
