Last Day to apply in FPM by XISS
Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi is inviting applications for its new Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) latest by August 31. The FPM is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The Interview for the candidates will be held on September 13. XISS, Ranchi is offering FPM in Human Resource Management, Rural Management, Marketing Management, and Financial Management. The programme has 10 seats available with no age limit for the candidates. With an objective to improve the existing knowledge base in the field of research and distribute it to a wider audience, this programme is started by XISS. Working professionals can also apply to this course.
SCS celebrates Sanskrit Diwas
Surendranath centenary School celebrated Sanskrit Diwas on Wednesday to enlighten the new generation about the ancient Indian language. The students of class 5 celebrated the occasion in the junior wing through a group song in Sanskrit, a swagat dance, a role play depicting the field of Kurukshetra with Lord Krishna advising Arjun to accept the consequences of war. In the senior wing the day started with 'Guru Vandana' in the Assembly. Later, the students of class 9 performed a dance drama titled 'Suchi Paryavarnam' which was related to nature. The students of class 6 to 8 presented a play on Raja Bhoj followed by a dance and speech.
PARADISE continues philanthropic work
PARADISE Society provided necessary materials for setting up a Soft Toys Making Training Center for employment-oriented vocational education of 30 women at ASHA Center Bhusur, Lal Khatanga, Namkum on Wednesday. The total project cost was Rs 50,000. Premsons Motors Udyog Pvt. Ltd. provided the cooperation amount and Asha Sansthan supported the members to make the programme a success.
