Haryana Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal along with Director General of Police PK Agrawal on Monday reviewed the preparations for the G-20 meeting of the Anti Corruption Working Group from March 1 to 4 in Gurugram.
After reviewing the arrangements, Kaushal reviewed the preparations made at the places fixed to be visited by the delegates namely, Museum Camera, Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary, Transport Museum and Pratapgarh Farm. He also reviewed the route plan, traffic control and security arrangements from the airport to the venue fixed for the meeting. The arrangements for the stay of the delegates and tour of sightseeing places have been reviewed. Police personnel have also been given special training for the G-20 Summit. He also gave necessary directions regarding the preparations of Gala dinner to be organized in honor of the delegates.
Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Dr Amit Agrawal said that a brochure has also been prepared by the Information, Public Relations, Language and Culture Department of the places earmarked for the tour. Detailed information about all the destinations is given in this brochure. Besides this, a QR code has also been printed on it. Scanning this QR code will provide complete details of these places on the mobile as well.
He informed that for public association and information regarding the event, the Public Relations, Languages and Culture Department has displayed hoardings on state transport buses, bus queue shelters, cabs, autos, LED screens, Volvo buses and public utilities. Along with this, branding was also done at Chandigarh and New Delhi airports regarding the meeting.
