Hindi Day celebrated at Shri Krishna Institute of Public Administration

Hindi is a popular language. There are people speaking Hindi all over the world. Due to its popularity, Hindi language content is available in abundance in the internet world also. News channels like BBC etc. also broadcast news in Hindi language," Director General of Sri Krishna Institute of Public Administration,  L Khiangtey said  in the Hindi Day function organized by the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language on Thursday at Sri Krishna Institute of Public Administration. on Thursday.


Khiangtey shared his experience regarding Hindi language from studies to joining administrative service. He said that Hindi is needed everywhere. This cannot be avoided. The need for Hindi is being felt from South to North, East to West. He said that in Mizoram, where he comes from, now spoken Hindi classes are being run to learn Hindi. He appealed to the people to keep Hindi as the language of communication at home.

On this occasion, Personnel Secretary, Praveen Toppo said that it is the effort of the government that work should be done in Hindi language in all government departments. He said that Hindi is an easy language. We write in the same way as we speak in Hindi. This is its own specialty of Hindi. He said that Hindi is the language of all communication. Hindi language is now being spoken and understood in various states of South India. Hindi is being accepted in foreign countries. This is the reason why Hindi is the third most spoken language in the world.

Dr. Mithilesh Kumar Singh, Head of the Hindi Department of Vinoba Bhave University, said that Hindi is the language of communication, the language of the market. He threw light on the development of Hindi language in detail. He said that we also have to see whether we are bringing Hindi language into our behavior and speech. He appealed for association with the Hindi language. He said that unless knowledge is created in one's own language, the identity of the language will not be established.

On this occasion, the first, second and third winners of the essay competition and short story competition were honored by the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language.

On the occasion, K Srinivasan, Director of Shri Krishna Institute of Public Administration and Dr. Pragya Gupta, Head of the Hindi Department of Ranchi University also expressed their views.

Officials and other people from various departments including the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language were present in the ceremony.
