Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Sunday launched HKRNL Enterprises Portal which will help industries to raise their demands, while employable candidates also register themselves and apply for the open vacancy. With the launch of the portal, so far, according to the demand for 6000 manpower received from various companies, interview offers have been sent to more than 12,000 youths.
 
Expressing gratitude to the Chief Minister, industrialists and various industrial organizations who had joined the launch programme virtually, said that the industrial association had been wanting for such a scheme or initiative for a long time.  With the launch of this portal, industries will get a big relief as it will be possible for them to get hassle free manpower.
 
Khattar said that on this IT portal, industries can register and generate demand for manpower. HKRNL will provide the shortlisted candidates in line with the ratio demanded by the respective organisations. Besides this, HKRNL will be able to provide manpower in various salary slabs ranging from 12,000 to 30,000, asserted Khattar.
 
The Chief Minister said that the State Government has set up an Overseas Placement Cell to provide employment opportunities to the youth in foreign countries as well.  A target has been set to send about 1 lakh youth abroad in the first year.
 
“Earlier, the government used to receive complaints related to exploitation by the contractor of employees hired through Outsourcing Policy-1. Taking a strict cognizance of the same, we decided to setup HKRNL," said the Chief Minister, adding that now contractual manpower is appointed under Outsourcing Policy-1 and is deployed through this Nigam.
 
Data of a large number of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled youth available with the Nigam. Now, it has been decided to provide manpower to the youth in the private sector according to their interest and the needs of the industries, said Khattar.
 
The Chief Minister said that the Haryana Government has made Parivar Pehchan Patra for the welfare of poor and needy families.  Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also praised the PPP in the Chief Minister's Council meeting and asked other states to study this flagship scheme.
 
He said that around eight states are following PPP. “Uttar Pradesh has shared their plans about implementing PPP in their state. Apart from this, a delegation from Maharashtra also came to Haryana to study the same,” he said.
 
Sharing the details about the details of incentives, the Chief Minister said that under the “Employment Generation Subsidy Scheme”, financial incentives are being provided to the newly established units of Micro, Small, Medium, Large and Mega Projects in skilled/semi-skilled/unskilled categories for seven years in ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’, and ‘D’ blocks.
 
The Chief Minister shared that HKRNL will align apt skill training as per the demand of the industry for the respective shortlisted candidates. For this, HKRNL will arrange for training and certification of manpower through its training partners like Shri Vishwakarma Skill University.
 
Notably, recently the Chief Minister had interacted with corporates and industries associations at Gurugram and explained his vision among them regarding providing skilled manpower to Industries from Haryana in an efficient and hassle-free manner. The impact of that event is that HKRNL received manpower requisition from multiple originations in a very short span of time.
