Governor CP Radhakrishnan, while addressing the fourth anniversary celebration of AIIMS, Deoghar today, said that doctors are viewed with utmost respect in our society. People have great faith in them; the real wealth of any doctor is the blessings given by him after the recovery of his patient. He said that many doctors of India have established their unique identity in the world with their remarkable contributions. It is because of doctors and health workers that we have been successful in facing the difficult circumstances of the Covid pandemic successfully.
The Governor said that with the objective of expanding the reach of super specialty health care, new AIIMS institutes have been established in various states and the establishment of AIIMS, Deoghar will benefit not only the people of Jharkhand Santhal Pargana but also the people of the bordering state. .
The Governor said that pain in life teaches us, when we remember our pain, we understand the pain of others better and we ourselves move forward to help them. Therefore, whenever someone suddenly needs medical treatment, we all should come forward and help and take care of him.
The Governor said that AIIMS, Deoghar is one of the many new AIIMS institutes established under the visionary thinking of our Prime Minister. With his encouragement, our scientists developed the Covid vaccine in a very short time and India is the only country which has provided free vaccine not only to its own countrymen but also to other countries. Our country is moving on the path of progress and has become the 5th largest economy in the world and the eyes of the whole world are on us.
The Governor congratulated the AIIMS, Deoghar family and wished for the bright future of the institute.
On the occasion, the Governor inaugurated the newly constructed “Nursing Hostel” at AIIMS, Deoghar and honoured the talented students in the programme.
