Governor CP Radhakrishnan visited Bhuchungdih Panchayat under Chitarpur Block and interacted with the villagers at Panchayat Bhawan, Bhuchungdih during his visit to Ramgarh district on Tuesday. On the occasion, he obtained information from the villagers about the status of implementation of various schemes of the Central and State Government there. Appreciating the women for their awareness about the schemes of the government, the Governor said that if women are self-reliant, they can ensure not only the education of their children, but also a good future for their entire family.
During this, he made the villagers aware about Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, various pension schemes, Ayushman card and other schemes and instructed District Administration, Ramgarh to provide benefits to those beneficiaries who could not get the benefit of the scheme due to any reason.
On the occasion, the women of the self-help group gave information to the Governor about the benefits they got after joining the group. The Governor said that women who have benefited from the schemes of the government should also take inspiration from them and become aware, as well as take initiative in the direction of benefiting other people of their area by making them aware of the schemes of the government. .
During the programme, the Governor gave a cheque of Rs 10000 to Mangoti Devi under Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Awas Yojana, Savita Devi under Phulo Jhano Ashirwad Yojana, acceptance letter to Mahima Kumari under Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana, Dhaneshwari under Sona Sobran Dhoti Saree Yojana. Devi, Birsa under Harit Gram Yojana Tarannum Ara (Rs 179000 under MGNREGA) sanction letter.
