Girls and sisters tie Raksha Sutra

Governor Mangubhai Patel celebrated the festival of Raksha Bandhan at Raj Bhavan. Today, on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, the girls of SOS Children's Village Khajuri Kala, officials of Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya reached the Raj Bhavan. Raksha Bandhan was celebrated in traditional manner by tying Raksha Sutra to Governor Mangubhai Patel.

Governor Mangubhai Patel gifted an amount of Rs 11,000 to the SOS Children's Village organisation. He distributed toffees and sweets to the children. On this occasion, Regional Director of Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal B K Awadhesh was also present.
