Female security guard of JP Hospital was terminated after she refused advances by the accused who works as supervisor; Habibganj police have not taken her case while the Civil Surgeon has not heard the complaint.
A case of misbehavior with a female security guard of JP Hospital and her expulsion from the job for not obeying the demands of the accused has come to light. The incident is a month old.
The victim has been contacting the authorities for a month, but no action has been taken. The allegations have been leveled against Shailendra Tiwari, supervisor of the company handling the security of JP Hospital.
The victim told that she has been working as a guard in a security agency for about six years. Last month, when the company changed, new supervisor Shailendra Tiwari joined in.
On October 31 he asked me to go for tea and when I did not go with them despite repeated requests, I was fired from the job. I had also gone to the police outpost and Habibganj police station but no action was taken. A written complaint was made to the Civil Surgeon on November 8 and have contacted them several times but no action has been taken.
The investigation of the case is ongoing. The victim said, I had received a call from the hospital on Tuesday. When I reached, Shailendra said that he will hire me back, but the complaint has to be withdrawn. Not only this, it will have to be written in the apology that the complaint was made in anger and all the allegations were false and when the victim said that she would not give an apology they refused for any action or hearing her pleas at all.
