The 1266 th meeting of the Executive Council (EC) of the Delhi University was held on Friday where the strategic plan of the university for the next 25 years (2022-2047) was discussed.
Along with this, many important issues were also discussed and passed in the meeting. Regarding the strategic plan of the university, Vice Chancellor Prof. Yogesh Singh said that the next 25 years are very important for the country. “When the country will be celebrating the centenary of its independence, we will be among the developed nations. Therefore, the University of Delhi has also started preparing for its contribution to make India a developed nation in the next 25 years,” he said. “At the beginning of the meeting of the Executive Council, the Vice-Chancellor presented detailed information about the activities of University. After that various issues were discussed in Open House Zero Hour. Under the agenda of the meeting, the recommendations made in the meeting of the Academic Council of the University held on May 26 were considered.
Under this, after discussion on various draft amendments, they were accepted,” the varsity said in a statement. It further said that approval was given to revise schemes of examinations of existing CBCS/LOCF based courses as per Undergraduate Curriculum Framework-2022 as recommended by Academic Council.
