Counting of votes today at old jail

The voting for the state assemblies was held in all seven assemblies of Bhopal on November 17, while the counting of votes took place on December 3 in the Old Jail.

Earlier on Saturday, training was given to both employees and party agents. From 9 am, training was given to agents of candidates of BJP, Congress and other parties.

They were told every information related to counting. So that there is no chaos during counting. After this, the second training for a total of 842 counting employees started from 12 noon. It was here that they were also given ID cards.

One phase of counting training has already been given to the employees, while the final training is being given in a single shift on Saturday.

Master trainers at MVM College gave information related to counting to the employees.

The training took place at MVM College from 12 noon to 3 pm. The assemblies were already allotted to the employees taking training. Therefore, they sat in the room made assembly wise. That is, there were separate rooms for Berasia, Bhopal North, Narela, South-West, Bhopal Central and Govindpura, Huzur Assembly. Before this, party agents were also given training. They were told what precautions need to be taken during counting.

Every point related to counting including what will be the process of counting of postal ballots, how the votes will be counted through EVMs will be told to the employees. This information was given in detail. So that there is no problem during counting.

Counting will take place in the old jail on December 3. Counting of postal ballots will start from 8 am.
