Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Monday expressed annoyance over the delay in disposal of cases of regularization of illegal constructions.
He asked the district Collectors to resolve the cases on priority basis, an official communication said.
Baghel said the scheme regarding regularization must be widely publicized among the public.
The Additional Director, Town and Country Investment, Raipur, said the Chhattisgarh Unauthorized Development Regularization Amendment Act 2022 and Rules 2022 were made effective from July 14 in the state.
Residential, non-residential and unauthorized constructions which came into existence till July 14, 2022 are to be regularized.
The Chief Minister said he will review the status of the cases.
