Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Along with cricket commentator Padma Shri Sushil Doshi planted saplings of mango, guava and neem in the garden located at Shyamla Hills. Chouhan released Doshi's book "Cricket Commentary-Ek Kala-Ek Vigyan" and "Aankhon Dekha Haal". Apoorva Doshi, Director, Sport Dynamic was also present.
Along with the Chief Minister, children Ram Chouhan and Advait Sharma planted saplings on their birthdays. Their family members Sandeep Chouhan, Dhruv Chouhan, Smt. Varsha Chouhan along with Sandeep Sharma, Narendra Mohan Sharma and Anuja Sharma also participated in plantation.
Notably, Doshi, who has been doing Hindi cricket commentary for 5 decades, has been awarded the Padma in the year 2016 and the Life Time Achievement Award in the year 2004 by the Government of Madhya Pradesh for his contribution to the cricket world. Doshi, who has made Indore his workplace, has written several books on sports journalism and cricket.
