A BTech graduate youth committed suicide by hanging with the ceilign in Shiv Nagar Colony of Nishatpura on Sunday evening, presently he was preparing for competitive exams.
Piyush Mishra used to live in Shiv Nagar Colony Karond. Two years ago, he completed his B.Tech degree from Oriental College, Raisen Road. After this, instead of doing a job, he decided to go to the civil services. For this he was preparing for competitive exams and had joined a coaching.
On Sunday afternoon, he locked his room from inside. After this, he did not leave the room till around 6.30 in the evening. Mother knocked on the door but failed to find any response and with the help of the neighbors, entered the room by breaking the gate and found Piyush hanging, he was rushed to hospital where he was declared dead.
Family told that Piyush had started living under a lot of stress regarding his career. He wanted to get selected in civil services in every situation. Due to these things, he had started living under tension for some time. Had gone to his ancestral village in Rewa a week ago to get rid of stress.
The father of the deceased Piyush is posted as a deputy ranger in the Forest Department in Raisen district. In the year 2014, he had a paralyzed attack. Father told that Piyush was not a hard worker. Was very ambitious and wanted job with civil services but he did not work as hard as was required for this. He got depressed due to all these things and ended his life.
