The Bokaro Steel Plant plant roads will be treated with micro surfacing technology by the CED department of BSL. Road construction with this technique was inaugurated on March 13 by BK Tiwari, Executive Director (Works) near the main gate of the plant. On this occasion, Chief General Manager (Services) Anil Kumar, Chief General Manager (CED) Shaligram Singh and other officers and personnel of CED department were present. Notably under the micro surfacing technique, a special chemical is added to the concrete mix which gives strength to the road after drying. Due to this, the upper surface of the road lasts for a long time, as well as there is no effect of water and moisture on the road. With this technology, roads are being constructed from the main gate of Ispat Bhavan to the plant main gate, and from the plant main gate to the ED (Works) building.
