The governing body of ATMA ( Agricultural Technology Management Agency
) has sanctioned the 260.76 lakh rupees for the Krishi Unnati Yojana
of central government. The amount will be expended on the different
aspects of farmers and new technology of the farming of the district.
The governing body has detailed that as per the every year this
financial we have prepared the budget of 260.76 lakhs for the Krishi
Unnat Yojana.
In this yojana the training for the farmers, tours, farmers and
scientist meet, farmer seminar and group discussion in presence of
expert, Kisan fair and the honorarium payment has included.
The body has directed to the concern office to select the name of
farmers for the tours of state and central level agriculture
institutes and research centres in the country. The body members have
decided to provide the technical knowledge on regional level for the
sessional farming.
They further said that the concern person must be careful in the
production of pluses under the National Food Security Mission. For the
increase of the production of the farmers the mission must provide
then seed, agriculture technique, fertilizers and irrigation
facilities to the farmers of the district.
The members further said that the selection of the farmers must be
fair. In the meeting the district administration officers, Project
Director of ATMA and other members were present.
