The Hazaribag administration is preparing  for the coming Lok Sabha election in the district. The revision of the voter list has been almost completed by the concerned block along with municipal areas of the town.

The assistant election officer of municipal areas and sadar block have submitted the proposal to the administration to change the booth building of one centre in municipal areas and three in the sadar block of the Hazaribag constituency.

The assistant election manager of Hazaribag Municipal Corporation Deepak Kumar Dubey and sadar block assistant election officer Rajesh Kumar said in the joint statement that in the municipal area of booth no 244 of primary school Kali Bari east should be changed in the Annada High School.

In sadar block booth no 396 of primary school Kesura shifted to Anganbari Kendra Kesura, booth no 381 primary school Behari to panchayat bhawan Beheri and booth no 383 primary school Behari old building shifted to panchayat bhawan Behari.

On this proposal the administration has called a meeting of the representatives of all the political parties in the seminar hall of the new building of the district.

In the meeting both the officers have submitted the proposal in front of all the political parties members. They have given the consent that they have no objection to change the site and building of the proposed booths in the municipal area and sadar block of the Hazaribag constituency.

The BJP, CPI-M, JMM, AAP, CPI, RJD, AJSU and congress political parties representatives were present in the meeting.
