Haryana Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) OP Singh will now be heading the Haryana State Narcotics Control Bureau (HSNCB) in addition to his current assignments with the State Crime Record Bureau and cyber crime.

Singh will take over from Amitabh Singh Dhillon, who would be the new IGP of the Anti Corruption Bureau and look after the modernization and welfare of Haryana police. Vikas Arora (IG) would be the new Gurgaon Commissioner of Police.  Gurgaon Commissioner of Police Kala Ramachandran will be ADGP administration at police headquarters.

The government has issued the transfers and posting orders of 20 officers from the ranks of SPs to ADGPs.

Other ADGPs who have been given new postings include Ajay Singhal who will head the state crime branch.  Singhal had been ADGP of ACB, the number two officer after DG ACB Shatrujeet Singh Kapoor. ADGP Arshinder Singh Chawla will head the state enforcement bureau, the newly created wing to curb the various kinds of crimes including cow slaughter and hate speeches among others. This would come in addition to his current assignments. ADGP Mamta Singh has been given an additional charge of RTC Bhondsi. M Ravi Kiran who held the charge of IG south range has been shifted as ADGP prisons while KK Rao would be the new incharge of Rohtak police range.

Sanjay Kumar would be now IG headquarters in addition to his existing charge. IG Ambala range Sibash Kaviraj would be the new CP Panchkula with headquarters at Ambala.  Rajender Kumar will be IG Southern range while Maneesh Chaudhary will be IG CID after his return from study leave.  Rakesh Kumar Arya will be new CP Faridabad with the additional charge of IGP, SCRB Haryana. STF chief Simardeep Singh has been given additional charge of DIG prisons in Panchkula.
