The Chhattisgarh government on Friday issued fresh postings to 15 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers which included the Superintendents of Police (SPs) of 12 districts.
The SPs posted in Bemetara, Balrampur, Durg, Dantewada, Kabirdham, Kanker, Kondagaon, Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur, Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh-Chowki, Sukma, Surguja and Surajpur districts have been changed.
Durg SP Abhishek Pallava has been made the Kabirdham SP while Kabirdham SP Lal Umed Singh will be the Balrampur SP.
Sukma SP Sunil Sharma has been posted as Surguja SP and Surguja SP Bhavana Gupta has been sent to Bemetara as SP.
Dantewada SP Siddharth Tiwari will now be the Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur SP. Bemetara SP IK Elesela is now the Surajpur SP.
Y. Akshay Kumar will now be the Kondagaon SP.
Kanker Additional Superintendent of Police Ratna Singh has been given responsibility as the SP of Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki.
Kodangaon SP Divyang Patel has become the Kanker SP while Kanker SP Shalabh Sinha has been named the Durg SP.
Kiran Gangaram Chavhan and Gaurav Rai have been made Sukma and Dantewada SPs respectively.
Balrampur SP Mohit Garg, Surajpur SP Ram Krishna Sahu and Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur SP TR Koshima have been made commandants of the 19th, 13th and 2nd battalions of the Chhattisgarh Armed Force (CAF) respectively.
