On the occasion of International Day of Yoga, a special program to promote “Har Aangan Yoga” under Common Yoga Protocol at Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya, Bhopal on Wednesday at 9.00 a.m. on 9th International Day of Yoga since is being done in the library hall of the museum.
In this regard, the program coordinator Deepak Chaudhary said that Yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam is the theme for this year’s , which beautifully captures our shared aspiration for “One Earth, One Family, and One Future.” Yoga is the art of living. Yoga aims at the overall development of our lives.
This leads to our physical, mental, moral, spiritual and social development. At the beginning of the program, Yoga Guru will give a short lecture on the method and benefits of Yoga in the library auditorium of the museum. After this, all the museum staff will practice Pranayama and other asanas under the guidance of the trainers. On the closing occasion of the program refreshments will be made available by the museum for all the present participants. As per the instructions given by the yoga guru, all the participants should come wearing normal loose clothes, kurta-pyjama.
