Shri A K Mishra, Executive Director, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, (Northern Region-I) handed over Medical Equipment to Dr Harish Arya, Dy. CMO, District Hospital, Faridabad on February 18 under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
This will augment the overall health infrastructure of the district. Protection from Covid-19 and general well-being along with the safety and health of the citizens are the top priority of the Government. ABG portable machines help in rapid analysis of blood parameters of critical patients both in Intensive Care Units and Trauma Centres facilitating attending doctors to quickly ascertain the condition of patients and prescribe a course of treatment.
Speaking on the occasion, Sh. Mishra apprised the Haryana State officials about the various CSR assistance provided to district authorities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Haryana State officials appreciated the efforts of POWER-GRID in these times of need.
On behalf of District Hospital, Faridabad Dr Harish Arya, Dy. CMO, Faridabad and Sh. Gaurav Singh, Additional CEO from Haryana State CSR Trust were handed over the first phase of equipment. Shri R P Sinha, Sr GM (HR), Shri Vinayak Chauhan, Sr GM (CSR), Shri Vinod Prakash Baxla, Sr DGM (HR) from POWERGRID and other senior officials were also present at the event.
