The two-day international online conference on women empowerment organized at Department of Bengali, Sindri College, Sindri in collaboration with Department of Bengali, Bijni College,Bijni Assam concluded with speakers stressing on need to work more on this field.Eminent speakers and resource persons from different universities of Turkey, Poland and Bangladesh,besides diferent universities of India delebrated on the issues related to women empowerment.Altogether eightyfour papers were presented during different sessions , informed convinor of the seminar Dr.Sarmistha Acharyya, Sindri College. Professor Dr.Sudip Basu,Professor, Visva-Bharati University,West Bengal too presented a paper. Co-Convener of the conference Dr.Urmila Poddar,Bijni College Assam besides ,Dr. Birhas Giri Basumatary's from Bijni College, Assam,Principal Dr.Nakul Prasad,Sindri College, Sindri spoke on the subject.THE DSW,B.B.M.K.University Dr.Debjani Biswas and Dr.Sharmila Rani,Principal, SSLNT Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Dhanbad also rendered thier participation at the confrence.
