The first chief minister of State and leader of BJP legislature party in Assembly Babulal Marandi has said that Speaker of Jharkhand assembly Ravindra Nath Mahto is bent upon getting my membership cancelled 'by hook or by crook' under pressure from the state government.
Marandi levelled allegations in Dhanbad today afternoon while returning from Dumka. He said that the Speaker is not following the rules and has become a party to the government in this case, though the government has been slammed by the Supreme Court in this regard.
A series of complaints right from former Dhanwar MLA RK Yadav of CPI-ML,then by Bhushan Bara of JMM and Deepika Pandey of Congress was filed and they filed lastly took support of Pradeep Yadav and Bandhu Tirkey, claimed Marandi.
He said, "I am aware what decision the Speaker would take. Further legal action would be taken after consulting party top brass and lawyers once the decision comes."
Commenting on the present scenario of State Marandi said , they boast by saying" Hemant hai to Himmat hai".
This is visible as criminals, rapists and those involved in crime against women, smugglers and those involved in looting of state resources have got "himmat" since this government came in power.
Expressing deep concern over the Dumka burn case ,Marandi demanded suspension of DSP Noor Mustafa immediately for supporting criminals besides legal action against him if the government wants impartial inquiry in this case.
Adding more he said , if all is well why the MLAs are being taken to Raipur by a chartered flight .
