The State government on Wednesday transferred nine IPS officers of different ranks. According to a notification issued by the Home department, Kishor Kaushal, SP, JAPTC, Hazaribag has been made new Ranchi SSP, while incumbent Ranchi SSP Surendra Jha will report to the Jharkhand police headquarters.
Additional Director General of Police, Crime Investigation Department Prashant Singh has been made Additional Director General of Police, Jharkhand Armed Police. Additional Director General of Police, Jharkhand Armed Police, Tadasha Mishra has been made Special Secretary, Home, Prisons and Disaster Management Department. Bokaro IG Asim Vikrant Minj has been transferred to the post of IG Crime Investigation Department.
SSP East Singhbhum M Tamil Vanan has been made DIG in the Crime Investigation Department. Nidhi Dwivedi, the ZAP commandant of Lesliganj, has been made the SP in the Crime Investigation Department. Piyush Pandey, Superintendent of Police, Jungle Warfare School, Netarhat, has been made Ramgarh SP. Ramgarh SP Prabhat Kumar has been made SSP of East Singhbhum.
