Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has become Covid positive and quarantined himself. He was here to attend the Core committee meeting of the BJP.
Before the meeting, Scindia had met all the party leaders and later attended the meeting, but within minutes he came out of the meeting and left for the airport. At the venue, he told media persons that the meeting was going well and he was not feeling better, thus returning.
Party sources said that Scindia was feeling feverish and thus he left the venue and immediately left for Delhi.
After a couple of hours, on getting himself tested for Coronavirus, informed the public through his tweeter handle. He stated that he has become Corona positive and keeping himself quarantined. He said those who came in his contact should get themselves tested for Coronavirus.
Before his tweet, there were talks as to why he left the meeting suddenly.
In Bhopal Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had come in close contact with Scindia and thus they have quarantined themselves.
