The induction programme of ACTT-2022 November batch trainees of Bokaro Steel Plant began on 28 November at the Human Resource Development Center of BSL. Executive Director (Works) BK Tiwari, Executive Director (Personnel and Administration) Sanjay Kumar, Chief General Manager-in-Charge (Personnel) Pawan Kumar, Chief General Manager (Personnel) Hari Mohan Jha, General Manager (M.S.V.) .) Neeta Ba and other senior officers and newly selected trainees were present. At the beginning of the induction programme, DK Singh, Senior Manager (HR) introduced the outline of the programme to the trainees. Thereafter, Neeta Ba, General Manager (HRD) welcomed the chief guest and the trainees. ED BK Tiwari in his address congratulated the on being selected for BSL after a tough competition and welcomed them to the Bokaro Steel family. Sanjay Kumar, Executive Director (Personnel & Administration) congratulated the trainees on their association with BSL and exhorted them to contribute wholeheartedly for the progress of BSL.
It is noteworthy that 169 trainees have contributed in the ACTT-November 2022 batch at Bokaro Steel Plant. The induction programme will continue till December 3 during which the trainees will be given detailed information on the plant's production process, safety aspects and other points. After that they will be taken on a tour of the plant and will be given practical information. The induction programme was conducted and coordinated by DK Singh, Senior Manager (M.S.V.) and in the end the vote of thanks was given by Anita (ACTT-2022 November batch).
