Under the aegis of the Institute of Indian Interior Designers (IIID) Bhopal Regional Centre, the four-day long event 'Showcase 2.0' expo witnessed great participation of interior designers, architects, and students of the respective fields in the panel discussion held on the second day, Friday at BHEL Dussehra Ground.
During this, the National President of IIID Jabeen Zacharias and President Elect Tanuja Kanvinde were also present.In this national-level expo, it was a good opportunity for the people of Madhya Pradesh to get acknowledged by renowned interior designers and architects about the recent developments that have been done in the field.
The panel discussion was graced by esteemed guests and subject experts of different fields, who threw light on the theme of the exhibition and significant topics of the event.
The discussion was slated at 11 am which lasted in a detailed manner.
Ravisha Merchant, Chairperson and Interior Designer, IIID Bhopal Regional Center stated that in the panel discussion held on the second day of 'Showcase 2.0', renowned and eminent designers and subject experts interacted with the students of interior designing and architecture.
Experts discussed in detail the modern designs used in different fields and what recent developments have been done so far. In the panel discussion held on 'Exploring Traditional Art In Modern Design', Multimedia Artist Smiriti Dixit, Visual Artist Vivek Tembe, Ar. Tanuja Kanvinde in conversation with Visual Artist Akhilesh Verma were present as the key speakers.
Meanwhile, another topic of the discussion program was 'Collaborative Footprints In Design', which was presented by Ar.Kavita Sastry in conversation with Ar. Vaishali Pradhan, Ar Manoj Wahi and ID Shailee Trivedi. These experts also answered some of the questions asked by the students.
