Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khatar expressed deep condolences on the demise of Heeraben Modi, mother of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and prayed to the Almighty to give a place to the pious soul at his feet.
Paying homage to Heeraben Modi, who devoted 100 years of Karmayogi and ascetic life at the feet of God, Khattar said that he salutes the great mother who gave birth to a personality devoted to the country like the Prime Minister. With the inspiration of the mother, the Prime Minister is taking the country forward and making the country proud globally.
He said that the way the mother raised the Prime Minister and his family in poverty inspiring. He added that Heeraben Modi was a symbol of simplicity and her struggling and virtuous life will always be remembered.
