A board meeting of all the councilors was organized in the seminar hall of the corporation. The mayor of the corporation Roshani Triki presided over the meeting. In the meeting the councilors have sanctioned several schemes for the development of the town areas.
The members have decided to inaugurate the completed schemes by the Mayor and the related ward councilors of the area. The members have sanctioned all schemes of construction of drains. The members have taken the decision to cover all the drains of the town areas.
In the meeting the members have decided to give raincoats and other equipment to all the employees who are engaged in the cleanliness of the town. The meeting has sanctioned 7.05 crores rupees from the 15 th finance commission.
The members have also decided to purchase the furniture for the newly constructed ward development centre in all the 32 wards of the town. In the meeting the members have sanctioned the amount to purchase 100 dustbins and two cold fogging machines for the town areas.
On this occasion the town commissioner Prerna Dixit said that they should try to start a drive for the cleanliness of the town. The employees who are responsible for the cleanliness of the town must do the work honestly, So that the aim of drive can be achieved.
In the meeting all the ward councilors, assistant town commissioner Manoj Manjit, executive engineer Ramesh Singh and assistant engineer Rahul Malto were present.
