DPS Ranchi hosted a Principals'/ Educators Meet and a Global University Fair (organized by ICAE – a premiere Study Abroad Consultancy) here at the school campus on Saturday.
The theme of discussion for Leader’s Connect Conference was “Disruption in Education: A Peep into the Future.” The distinguished Speakers of the event were Dr Ram Singh (Principal DPS Ranchi), Chetna Sabhrwal (Director, Skills Reform Pvt. Ltd., Amit Deb (Senior Manager, Outreach & Admissions, IIAD), Leonard Rozario (Regional Manager KREA University – East & North East, KREA University), Prof. (Dr.) Indranil Mukhopadhyay, (Associate Professor, O P Jindal Global University), Dr. Kamlesh Mishra (Prof. Marketing – Harihar Campus, Kirlosker Institute of Advanced Management Studies) and Ms. Ashwini B. Pagad (Manager – Outreach & Admissions, ATRIA University).
The occasion was graced by the eminent presence of 40 principals and educators of various schools/colleges across the state of Jharkhand. To enlist a few stars of this educational constellation - Deepak Kumar (V.P. Ranchi College of Pharmacy), M.K.Sinha (Principal D.A.V. Hehal), Jacob C.J. (Principal Kairali School HEC), Seema Chitlangia (Principal Bridgeford School), Paramjeet Kaur (Sarla Birla Public School), Manju Gargi (Principal Tender heart School ) and many others.
Furthermore in the Global University Fair as many as 29 Indian and Overseas Universities participated. To name a few –Kent State University, Atria University, Queen’s University Belfast, Skills Reform, Presidency University, Trinity College Dublin, Universal Business School, Niit University, Krea University,O.P.Jindal Global University and many more.
The educational fair facilitated the young minds to decide and pursue the undergraduate and postgraduate courses of their interest and to fulfill their dream of studying abroad. Apart from the students of DPS Ranchi the gates were open to the students of all the other schools of Ranchi to gather information so that they can make the most of it.
