The Bhartiya Janata Party units of seven districts in North Chottanagpur divsion have
decided to revoke thier agitation on load shedding issue after restoration
of regular supply by the state government along with DVC.
In a press meet the Hazaribag sadar BJP legislator Manish Jaiswal said that the people of seven district of Chottanagpur range were facing problem of regular supply of electricity for last 80 days. The joint committee of BJP staged one day dharna in front of GM office JVNL. The BJP units had call bandh call in seven districts on Feb 2 and mashal protest on January 31. However, the power scenario in districts improved in past few days.
After watching regular supply of power for 36 hours the BJP unit
decided to postponed thier agitation. Former legislator of Barhi Manoj Yadav said that it is really the success for the entire BJP units. He further said that in future if there is load shedding in the region, the BJP will start the agitation a fresh.
The district president of BJP Ashok Yadav said that in this proposed agitation the BJP gets the full support of the public of Hazaribag.
The BJP is obliged to the public of Hazaribag for their support. In the press meet the district secretary Vivekanand Singh, Dinesh Singh Rathore, Anil Mishra and Harish Srivastava were present.
