Cyber fraudster tried to commit fraud by creating a fake ID in the name of ACP Sachin Atulkar (IPS) Bhopal, cyber cell has started investigation.
On social media, a fake ID was created on Facebook in the name of Atulkar. After this, a written message having a photo of the girl's ill condition with details of the girl having blood cancer was posted and further it claimed that the doctor has said that if the operation is not done on time, then the child will not survive. You all help 50-50 rupees. Phone-pay, Google-pay account number is also written for payment.
People are forwarding the message of help by making this post viral. ACP Sachin Atulkar said that information has been received from the media about this. Cyber cell is probing the matter.
The fraudster has made an emotional appeal on Facebook to carry out the fraud. He wrote – You all help with 50 rupees. This girl has blood cancer. The doctor has said that if the operation is not done on time, then she will not survive. He has no money for the operation. The operation is at 5 pm.
For help, deposit money through Phone-pay and Google-pay. However now the QR code is de-activated. In the initial investigation it was found that the mobile number is registered with Truecaller in the name of Lakshya Pandey.
