The Chhattisgarh government on Saturday gave an additional responsibility for 14 Indian Administration Service (IAS) and four Indian Police Service (IPS) officers.
Dr Alok Shukla, Principal Secretary, School Education, has been given additional charge as the Principal Secretary, Science and Technology Department.
Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Subrat Sahoo has given additional responsibilities as the Additional Chief Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development Department, and Development Commissioner and MD in the Chhattisgarh State Institute of Rural Development.
Similarly, Raipur (Range) Inspector General of Police (IGP) O.P. Pal has been posted as the IGP, Naxal Ops/SIB, in Police Headquarters (Phq) in Nava Raipur. Durg (Range) IGP Badri Narayan Meena has been given additional charges as the Raipur IGP.
Besides this, Renu G. Pillay, Manoj Kumar Pingua and 12 other IAS officials and two IPS officials have been given additional charges.
