10 of U’khand’s students return from Ukraine

Ten students from Uttarakhand have returned from Ukraine. Ashutosh Pal, Adnan and Khushi Singh were welcomed in New Delhi by Uttarakhand’s additional resident commissioner Ajay Mishra. Later during the day, seven more students- Zeeshan, Priyanka Adhikari, Kadambun, Payal Panwar, Lalit Kumar, Vijay Chauhan and Tushar Singh also returned to India.

The guardians of the students and officials from Uttarakhand were also present on the occasion. According to the officials, the state government is in constant touch with the Government of India to facilitate the safe return of Uttarakhandis from Ukraine. The state government has received details of at least 188 people from Uttarakhand who were in Ukraine. The Ministry of External Affairs is working on bringing back the Indians stranded in Ukraine.
