In view of incessant rain since Thursday in the district and water logging in different yards South Eastern Railway ( SER) have been cancelled, short originated and short terminated several trains traveling through Tatanagar.
Those trains that were cancellation are 02096 Howrah-CSMT(Mumbai) Special scheduled to leave Howrah at 05.45 hrs on 30.07.2021, 02517 Howrah-Titlagarh Special scheduled to leave Howrah at 6.35hrs on 30.07.2021, 08011 Howrah-Adra-Chakradharpur/ Bokaro Steel City Special scheduled to leave Howrah at 00.05hrs on 30.07.2021, 02245 Howrah-Yesvantpur Special scheduled to leave Howrah at 10.50 hrs on 30.07.2021, 02073 Howrah-Bhubaneswar Special scheduled to leave Howrah at 13.25hrs on 30.07.2021 and 08014/08012 Bokaro Steel City/ Chakradharpur-Howrah Special on 30.07.2021
While 02260 Howrah-Mumbai(CSMT) Special scheduled to leave Howrah at 14.05hrs on 30.07.2021 will short originate from Santragachi at 14.45 hrs instead of Howrah
"In view of heavy rain followed by water logging on the railway tracks, trains were cancelled today," said an official circular issued by SER.
