The State Government on Sunday made a reshuffle of a section of IAS officers. According to the notification of the General Administration Department, Suresh Kumar Vashishth, Special Secretary, A & FE Department in charge, was appointed as Commissioner-cum-Secretary in this department.

Bhupendra Singh Poonia, State Project Director, OSEPA, with additional charge of State Project Director, RMSA, Bhubaneswar and Chairman, CHSE, was appointed as Managing Director, IPICOL in place of Dr Jawale Nitin Bhanudas, who is on deputation to Maharashtra. He is allowed to remain in additional charge of Additional Secretary, Industries, Department and ED, IDCO in addition to his own duties.

Besides, Prem Chandra Chaudhary OSD, GA & PG Department, was appointed as CEO, Western Odisha Development Council (WODC), Anupam Saha, DM, Gajapati, was appointed as State Project Director, OSEPA. Saha is to remain in additional charge of Member Secretary, Mo School.

Monisha Banerjee, Collector, Surbarnapur, was appointed as Collector, Bargarh. Dr Yeddula Vijay, Collector, Malkangiri, was appointed as Director, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services. Lingraj Panda, State Project Director, Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathana, was appointed as Collector, Gajapati. Aboli Sunil Naravane, ADM, Rourkela, was appointed as Collector, Surbarnapur.

Dibya Jyoti Parida, Commissioner, Rourkela Municipal Corporation, was allowed to remain in additional charge of ADM, Rourkela and Secretary, Rourkela Development Authority. Vishal Singh, PD, DRDA, Jajpur, was appointed as Collector, Malkangiri.The Government also appointed some young IAS Officers to different positions like Sub-Collector and PD-DRDA in different districts.
